Every client receives a WHOOP or Oura, so we can track sleep architecture proxies, load, recovery, autonomic tone, and day to day variability, then interpret those signals clinically alongside repeat testing.

Is Longevity medicine for me?

If you’re over 40, lead a busy cognitively loaded life, or operate in a demanding high performance environment, then yes, longevity medicine is designed for you. While your professional influence may be at its peak, your biology is already in decline.

By how many years can I reduce my biological age?

It depends on your starting point, your constraints, and the biology you bring to the programme. With a sustained 2-year programme our patients typically reduce their biological age by 6 to 10 years through a combination of diagnostics, supplements, hormone optimisation and evidence-led medical interventions.

How do you track my physiological data?

We give every LONGEVITY programme client a WHOOP 5.0 MG or Oura Ring which enables 24/7 physiological tracking. The data from your device is integrated with your biomarkers to create HumanTelemetry™ which monitors your progress and informs your highly personalised plan. If you already have a device, we can often work with it. The goal is continuous signal, interpreted clinically, not gadget ownership.
